Zeno Innovations works to put science into business helping to empower clients to use data effectively and get the most from their assets. Passionate about data I work both Business to Business and Business to customer using my experience in the hospitality sector to provide insights, support systems that aid growth, ensuring clients are getting the most from the software they invest in.
Using the 5 principles of scientific thinking: respect for the integrity of knowledge, collegiality, honesty, objectivity, and openness I support clients in making judicious decisions about how to interpret data and to utilise its full potential.
My background and PhD in Microbiology has given me a solid foundation in scientific principles which after joining the hospitality industry in 2018 I realised could be applied very successfully to the business world.
My six years as Director of an SME, leading 9 restaurants and take-away outlets across Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire has given me a rich and varied experience.
My primary focus was to support growth of the business in the wake of the pandemic, which we achieved by opening a new site every year from 2020. Introducing robust systems, new technologies such as online ordering, self service and QSR capabilities.
